The Leeland guys are in the studio again.. recording their third record. It's going to be the best!!

Oh mischievous one! This is the "I'm gonna do it anyway" face.

Whitaker is just the cutest thing!

I love this Audrey face!

Inspired by our Honduras trip, Tyler made home-made tortillas one night. They were good!

Anna graduated from high school early! Yay! Here we are at her graduation party at the Belmont mansion.

The girls! Christa is so freakin tall! (even when I wear 4-inch heels.. well, i guess she was too)

Me & sweet Nana.

Gorgeous Em & Christa..

Swing dancing! Precious! (my dance partner wasn't there, though - sad)

Nana & Mimi... the best and most beautiful grandmothers ever!

Jack and I were home in Texas for about 3 days, which felt like 1.. but Jack preached on Sunday while we were there. It was awesome! (we'll try to put the sermon up on his website - jackmooring.com - when we get a recording of it).

Back on the road.. we had a day off and got to go to a ranch in Arkansas.. it was so nice. But then Mike got in a four wheeling accident, which was so scary. He's doing great now, thank God... And yes, there were zebras hanging out on the ranch.

Gotta love Todd & Mama Cyndy!!

This was our cabin..

We hung out with our friends, the Glidewells. Here I am with Emily.

Jack and Leeland sang some new songs.

At a show in Ohio.

Back in Franklin with the family.. these are my new favorite pictures!

My birthday was on the 17th, and we celebrated with family and friends at the house! It doesn't get much better than that!

My friends from high school came.. Andrea and Anna. I hadn't seen them in forever! It was so great.

Emily got bangs. She looks so old.. and beautiful!

Me and Mare.

D'Arc - pregnant with twins.. crazy! She looks great.. I don't want to think what I would look like if I was pregnant with twins.

And what better way to end the night than to play Scattergories?! Perfect. It was an awesome birthday (not to mention I got a new MacBook, which I'm loving!)

HONDURAS 2009

Sorry this is so long overdue.. but here are some pictures from our Honduras trip...

We went to four different places. Three were churches in the slums, and one was an orphanage. It was such an amazing trip! The kids really ministered to me more than I to them. They had such joy in the midst of poverty. One of the coolest things was that the kids didn't know they were going to get gifts. They just thought they were going to a children's program. In the program, they shared the gospel with them. And then Franklin Graham told them we had gifts for every one of them, and we unveiled the shoeboxes. We would pass them out, count to three, and then they all opened them together. It was so much fun! We got to walk around and help the kids, showing them how to use things like yo-yos and slinkys. They were so excited and thankful. I'll never forget the looks on their faces. And the children there are so beautiful, as you'll see from the pictures...

The orphanage was the hardest part. We didn't want to leave the kids, especially the babies in the nursery. I held this one baby boy (in the red shirt) for a while, and when we left, I didn't want to let him go. I put him in his crib and he started bawling. It broke my heart leaving him.

Me and Anna with our translator, Aleesha. She's awesome!

I will never forget these children. I may not know their names, but I remember their faces. And I pray for them every day. Please join me in praying for them, that God would protect them (most live in extremely dangerous areas), that they would come to know Jesus, and that they would grow up into Godly men and women, making a difference in their country and in the world.
